Hi, I’m Kiran — the founder behind ecom email lab and the creative mind at Kala and Hansuja Studio. For more than a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, technology and communication, helping brands turn simple emails into powerful customer experiences.
My journey started long before email strategy became my specialty. I spent years mastering WordPress, digging into HTML, polishing visuals in Photoshop and Canva, and studying how people actually interact with digital content. Over time, I realized one thing kept pulling me back: email. Not just sending it — designing it, refining it, and building it into a system that supports the entire customer journey.
Today, I specialize in creating high-performing Mailchimp campaigns and automated flows for brands and business owners who want email to work for them, not against them. As a Mailchimp Pro Partner, I bring both technical reliability and creative insight to every project. I’ve helped clients across e-commerce, beauty, consumer goods, law, education, small retail and more. The range is wide, but the goal is always the same: clear design, clean code and measurable results.
My work also extends beyond client projects. I run Kala and Hansuja Studio, where I design ready-made newsletter templates for small business owners who want professional branding without the overwhelm. I’m also the author of a Telugu learning book, available on Amazon — a project close to my heart that celebrates language, culture and creativity.
